I have read the rule regulations of the college. I undertake to remain in the college as as disciplined student and abide by the oderder issued from time by the authorities of the college. I hereby undertake to regularity attend my classes as per time table andto put in at least 75% attendance.faillling which i may be detained from appearing at the examination. I futher undertake that in case I remain absent in my class for a period of one month (working days) or more my name may be struck off the rools. Futher ,no F.I.R or criminal cases is pending against me nor I have been convicted of any offence. All information given herein is correct to the best of my knowledge and belief
